Mr. Murugan Muthiah Thevar is the founder and Promoter of our Company. He has completed his matriculation from Tamil Nadu. He is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of our company. He has been associated with the apparel manufacturing business since 1992. Initially, Mr. Murugan Muthiah Thevar commenced business of manufacturing of readymade garments on job work basis for the exporters through a proprietary concern named 'Sudar Industries'. Over a period of time due to expansion of the customer base, increase in demand for readymade garments, and to gain advantage of having all the outsourced activity under one umbrella, restructuring of the business was carried out. Accordingly, on January 28 2002, Sudar Industries Private Limited was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 by him. He is responsible for developing business strategies and instrumental in formulating strategic growth of our company. He is responsible for conceiving new and modern innovations in processing fabrics for use in the manufacture of garments.
