both by the Indian surgical community as well as the Jury Members consisting of
5 member body having cross section representation from the Indian Government,

University trained, internationally acclaimed Cardiac Surgeon and Healthcare
Economist Dr Mukesh Hariawala. This choice would hardly be a surprise to the
